art at the church-LIVE

Here is my son with a new lamb that we set up at our church for Easter Sunday. Thinking of Jesus being as innocent as a lamb was easy to picture with this gentle little guy. The lighting was perfect, but I can't take credit for the photo, Rebeckah took this one. Jesus was history, not a story, or a nice ethic to apply to our lives. This was a chance to touch history, to feel innocence and touch sacrifice with your own hands. Of course Easter celebrates the opposite of the cross, it celebrates the rising again, which is actually what the word Easter means, I just found out.
To rise, like bread dough.
Secret Art, to make you think, to make you appreciate, to show you love...coming soon to a church, a library, ???? somewhere near you.
