Chicken tassle idea from Somerset home

These are the chicken tassles I was talking about. One word about the table they are sitting on. I think the old enamel kitchen tables are the absolute best art work surface. I have done every project on this and then it cleans up to a perfect white again. (Important for my Atype personality). Also, they have that great drawer. It fits all my pens and exactos and other skinny tools. Here are some of the things I have done directly on the surface, with easy clean up,
Printmaking
Sewing
Glue Gun
Painting
Carving
Bookmaking
Needlefelting
I love it.

  1. I had an old Hoosier dough rolling out kitchen table ( I know there is a name for that but I forget) and cut the legs down to coffee table size. The table was perfect for my son, he used his magnet alphabet letters and the small drawer held all of his crayons and matchbox cars. 20 years later when I went to sell the table he fought it- even though he had no present use for it or place to store it- I pray the person who bought it enjoys owning it as much as we did
