The grammer bag

A friend told me that I should call this bag the too big for a purse, too small for a suitcase.  I think that sounds great!  The first one, though, is the grammer bag, because it is for my childrens grandma, my own Momma.  She is spending time with all of them at the lake this week, and I (hope) she will have time to read. The bag is perfect for a book, a magazine, and a bottle of water!  Some chocolate could easily fit.

Made from, recycled vintage linen tablecloth, vintage doileys, a vintage brooch, and new blue ticking.  I love ticking.  Doileys courtesy of the 5 dollar box I got at the auction last night, then washed this a.m. and line dried for freshness!
