Art starts with the beginning of the person, it is a spark, like a birth, each time a new project is started. The idea forms from seemingly nowhere, it's an urge, an itch, a drive, a force. Musing is one of the names people name it, but whatever you call it, if it isn't followed, there is a loss. As an artist, when I follow my muse, which I believe is God-given, and I complete what I have started, I always experience a sense of the most complete satisfaction. It has happened my whole life, from my first memories of arraigning rocks in the garden, building sandcastles and forts, and coloring on every surface available.
